Meet Cortney & Carlo

If you’ve noticed something cool on this website, Cortney is responsible. Her experience as a nonprofit executive nurtured her creative talent in design, social media and program planning. Back in February 2018, she envisioned an all-inclusive home for food entrepreneurs with tools and mentorship to help them not only survive, but thrive.

Carlo is in charge of the less glamorous stuff - the kitchen equipment and the bills. An award-winning caterer and entrepreneur, he handles all the food and service at Locavore’s events. He created one of the very first rent-by-the-hour kitchens in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
